Automatic Transmission Release

The Electric Park Brake (EPB) is automatically released when the Transmission Control Switch (TCS) is taken out of Park, as long as the brake pedal is applied and in power mode 7 (shift from park release).

To prevent this automatic operation, operate and hold the EPB switch in the apply position when the Transmission Control Switch (TCS) is taken out of Park.
