1. Sub-Assembly Bracket
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to SUB-ASSEMBLY BRACKET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
2. Bolt
   • Quantity: 3
   • Replace after removing
   • Different lengths
   • Various tightening specifications
     • short bolt 20 Nm +45°
     • long bolt 20 Nm +180°
3. High Pressure Pump Toothed Belt Sprocket
4. Nut
   • Use the Counterhold - Camshaft Gear: T10051  to loosen and tighten
   • 95 Nm
5. Hub
   • Remove using the Puller: T10489 
6. High Pressure Pump
   • With Fuel Metering Valve - N290- (not open)
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to HIGH PRESSURE PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
   • If the high pressure pump is removed or replaced, then the fuel system must be filled/bleed before the first engine start. Refer to FUEL SYSTEM, FILLING/BLEEDING .
   • After replacing components, perform the necessary adaptations using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester. Refer to PERFORM ADAPTATIONS AFTER COMPONENT REPLACEMENT .
7. Fuel Hose
   • Fuel return hose for 1.6L engines
   • Fuel supply hose for 2.0L engines
8. Fuel Hose
   • Fuel return hose for 2.0L engines
   • Fuel supply hose for 1.6L engines
9. High Pressure Line
   • Between the high pressure reservoir and the high pressure pump.
   • Removing. Refer to HIGH PRESSURE LINES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
   • Read and follow all instructions on installing the high pressure lines. Refer to HIGH PRESSURE LINES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
   • 28 Nm
