- Use the Counterhold - Camshaft Gear: T10051 to loosen and tighten

- Remove using the Puller: T10489
- High Pressure Pump
- With Fuel Metering Valve - N290- (not open)
- Removing and Installing. Refer to HIGH PRESSURE PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- If the high pressure pump is removed or replaced, then the fuel system must be filled/bleed before the first engine start. Refer to FUEL SYSTEM, FILLING/BLEEDING .
- After replacing components, perform the necessary adaptations using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester. Refer to PERFORM ADAPTATIONS AFTER COMPONENT REPLACEMENT .
- Fuel Hose
- Fuel return hose for 1.6L engines
- Fuel supply hose for 2.0L engines
- Fuel Hose
- Fuel return hose for 2.0L engines
- Fuel supply hose for 1.6L engines
- High Pressure Line
- Between the high pressure reservoir and the high pressure pump.
- Removing. Refer to HIGH PRESSURE LINES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Read and follow all instructions on installing the high pressure lines. Refer to HIGH PRESSURE LINES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
