ISSUE

When attempting to update the Telematics Control Unit [TCU], either by following a required Guided Flow, or when selecting the option "Update ECU"  within the TCU, the application will show the error message: "Tester cannot perform this level of software download"  .

If the IMC is already at the very latest SOTA level, then PATHFINDER will report that the level is not recognised by the tool.

CAUSE

The latest software level within the IMC is not being recognised by the tool.

PERMANENT CORRECTIVE ACTION

This concern has been resolved with the release of PATHFINDER version 300  . The manual patch will no longer be available to download and this SSM will be deleted in 7 days.
