SERVICE INFORMATION

Symptom  204000 Instrumentation

ISSUE

A customer may report an intermittent concern that the information button on the left side of the steering column does not operate the odometer information in the lower Instrument Cluster menu when selected. Normal operation resumes at the next ignition cycle.

CAUSE

Software compatibility.

ACTION

Please do not carry out diagnosis or component replacement for the concern as it is currently under investigation. Land Rover will release a communication in the near future detailing the necessary repair procedure. In the meantime the concern will automatically return to normal operation at the next ignition cycle.

NOTE: The concern does not occur where 'English UK ' language is selected.
