ISSUE

When attempting to complete a software update of the Gateway Module (GWM) or when attempting to Add/Remove any accessory using PATHFINDER, there is an error message displayed, depending on the vehicle:

  • 'Missing Flash file - MK52-14F530-EA.vbf, MK52-14F531-EA.vbf' 
  • 'Missing Flash file - KK52-14F530-DH.vbf, KK52-14F531-DD.vbf' 

CAUSE

PATHFINDER does not contain the required flash file for the GWM update application, this will cause the application to abort.

PERMANENT CORRECTIVE ACTION

This concern has been resolved with the release of PATHFINDER version 348. The manual patch will no longer be available to download and this SSM will be deleted in 7 days.
