CONTENT
ISSUE
When trying to complete the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) application, PATHFINDER finishes the application with either:
- L550 and L551 - Unexpectedly without any error or success message after requesting to place the key on the gearshift surround.
- L494 and L405 - No response from Body Control Module [BCM], as BCM is not identified.
- L560 - No response from Powertrain Control Module [PCM], as PCM is not identified
CAUSE
PATHFINDER does not recognize the current level:
- Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning Control Module [HVAC] in L550 and L551.
- Body Control Module [BCM] in L494 and L405
- Powertrain Control Module [PCM] in L550
- Powertrain Control Module [PCM] in L560
PERMANENT CORRECTIVE ACTION
This concern has been resolved with the release of PATHFINDER version 313. The manual patch will no longer be available to download and this SSM will be deleted in 7 days.
