ISSUE

There have been reports of the PIVI system screen remaining operational after vehicle shutdown since SOTA update OS 3.3.0. This update includes PIVI IP34

CAUSE

There has been a change in operation for PIVI with IP34 onwards.

  1. The audio system will mute once the vehicle door is opened during vehicle shutdown
  2. The main vehicle screen will stay illuminated until vehicle is locked, or approximately 10 minutes after vehicle shutdown.

ACTION

No repairs should be attempted as this is normal operation.
