ISSUE

Customer reports:

Battery is discharged

Vehicle is displaying a low battery warning

Terrain Response Switchpack LEDs flashing (see attachment) with engine off

CAUSE

Floor Console Cool box fault.

ACTION

Replace the Floor Console Cool box (refer to TOPIx section 501-12A)

Do not replace Terrain Response Switchpack.

If the vehicle does not have a Floor Console Cool Box fitted, please progress with normal diagnostics as per TOPIx/Pathfinder.
