ISSUE
When attempting to complete PATHFINDER applications that include an immobilization synchronization, there is an error 'Routine Active' .
PATHFINDER applications known to fail, but not limited to:
- "ECU Replace" within the RFA
- "ECU Replace" within the BCM
- "ECU Replace" within the GWM
- "ECU Replace" within any door module.
- Adding or replacing keys within Service menu
- "Immobilization" within the Service menu
CAUSE
The latest software loaded to the RFA responds differently to what PATHFINDER is expecting, this causes the routine to fail with the above error message.
PERMANENT CORRECTIVE ACTION
This concern has been resolved with the release of PATHFINDER version 328 . The manual patch will no longer be available to download and this SSM will be deleted in 7 days.
