ISSUE
We are aware of the concerns that follow:
- When attempting to complete any PATHFINDER application that requires the use of a USB flash drive the application will fail.
- When attempting to complete the PATHFINDER application 'Update Speech Database' the error message "USB Logging Disabled" may be displayed on the vehicle's touchscreen.
CAUSE
PATHFINDER formats the USB flash drive to a format that is not supported by the Infotainment Master Control Module (IMC).
PERMANENT CORRECTIVE ACTION
This concern has been resolved with the release of PATHFINDER version 263 . The manual patch will no longer be available to download and this SSM will be deleted in 7 days.
