ISSUE
Unable to log into PATHFINDER.
CAUSE
The TOPIx server that authenticates PATHFINDER login details has been updated and requires the GDPR terms and conditions to be accepted prior to allowing access to PATHFINDER.
ACTION
To login to Pathfinder you require to accept the GDPR terms and conditions agreement on TOPIx.
SDD will automatically prompt the terms, however PATHFINDER will not and will require you to login to TOPIx to accept the terms.
After accepting the terms, login will complete as normal for PATHFINDER.
