ISSUE

Customer reports red warning lamp illuminated with a message

"SUSPENSION FAULT"

"STOP SAFELY"

"STOP ENGINE"

CAUSE

Dynamic Response high pressure pipe has a fluid leak due to hose material rupture.

ACTION

Submit an ePQR with the following information

  1. Provide close up photographs that identify where the leak is coming from, and the whole pipe to show which connection is leaking
  2. Provide a photograph showing the Test Passed time and date label (not part number label). This is located next to the part number label - see picture attached
  3. Any other information and observations as to why this leak has occurred
  4. Replace appropriate part and hold ready for part return request (PRR)
