ISSUE

Whilst diagnosing an issue on a PHEV vehicle and using Pathfinder to read the DTCs from the following modules, Battery Charger Control Module (BCCM), Battery Energy Control Module (BECM) and Electric Power Inverter Converter (EPIC), some DTCs may show as a numeric value followed by UNKNOWNERROR.

Affected vehicles - Range Rover (LG) and Range Rover Sport (LW) 2018 Model Year Ingenium 2.0 Petrol PHEV.

CAUSE

Decoding concern with the Pathfinder diagnostic tool.
