ISSUE

The customer may experience a Check Engine Light on the instrument cluster and DTC, P2002, stored in the PCM in isolation.

CAUSE

This issue is currently under investigation.

ACTION

For vehicles manufactured prior to February 1, 2017 please replace the DPF if primary & secondary diagnosis has been exhausted. Should a vehicle exhibit this DTC in isolation produced after January 31st, 2017, submit a Technical Assistance case for further support. This is still under investigation with Engineering.
