A/C Pressure/Temperature Sensor -G395-, Removing And Installing: Installing
Install in reverse order of removal and Note The Following:
- Check the connection -4- for contamination or damage if necessary clean or replace the refrigerant line.
- Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - CONDENSER, A/C COMPRESSOR, REFRIGERANT LINES AND EXPANSION VALVE (electrically-driven A/C compressor, refrigerant lines, high-voltage battery heat exchanger).
Replace the O-ring seal -3-. Refer to REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT SEALS . Allocation.
At the start of production, the A/C Pressure/Temperature Sensor -G395- is only received together with the refrigerant line. If this is the case, replace the refrigerant line with the A/C Pressure/Temperature Sensor -G395- if necessary.
-- Evacuate and charge the refrigerant circuit. Refer to REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT, DISCHARGING WITH A/C SERVICE STATION (R134a) / REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT, EVACUATING WITH A/C SERVICE STATION (R134a) / REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT, CHARGING WITH A/C SERVICE STATION (R134a) (Refrigerant R134a Servicing, Refrigerant Circuit, Working with A/C Service Station) or REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT, DISCHARGING (R1234yf) / REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT, EVACUATING (R1234yf) / REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT, CHARGING (R1234yf) .
-- Operate the A/C system after charging the refrigerant circuit. Refer to A/C SYSTEM, STARTING OPERATION AFTER FILLING REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT .
-- Check the DTC memory and erase any displayed entries using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester in the "Guided Fault Finding" function.
