Sub-Assembly Bracket
- There are different versions.
- Removing and Installing. Refer to SUB-ASSEMBLY BRACKET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING [CNSB, CNTC] / AUXILIARY COMPONENTS BRACKET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING [CRUA, DEJA] .
Bolts
- There are different versions.
- Removing and Installing. Refer to SUB-ASSEMBLY BRACKET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING [CNSB, CNTC] / AUXILIARY COMPONENTS BRACKET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING [CRUA, DEJA] .
Alignment Sleeves
- Be careful to use the correct version and make sure the subassembly bracket and A/C compressor fit correctly.
- Quantity: 2
A/C Compressor
- There are different versions.
- Refrigerant Line, Disconnecting and Connecting. Refer to REFRIGERANT LINES, DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING AT A/C COMPRESSOR .
- Removing and installing from the bracket. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING AT BRACKET, 5-CYLINDER ENGINE (AUDI RS3) .
- Removing and Installing. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING ON BRACKET .
  NOTE:
  There are different versions depending on the refrigerant (R134a or R1234yf).
Bolts
- Tightening specification for steel bolts:25 Nm
- Tightening specification for aluminum bolts: 8 Nm +180°
- Only use aluminum bolts once, then replace.
- There are different versions.
- Quantity: 3
Ribbed Belt
- Check for wear
- Removing and Installing. Refer to RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING [CNSB, CNTC, CYFB] / RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING [CRUA, DEJA] .
- Mark the running direction and install on the proper side. Refer to RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING [CNSB, CNTC, CYFB] / RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING [CRUA, DEJA] .
