Payment and access


Payment for Electronic Products is made either online or by bank transfer in the Checkout section.

  • Online Payment

To pay for orders online – choose one of the payment systems offered on the Website when ordering.

After confirming the order, you will get to the website of the payment system, where you will need to enter the details of the payment card and pass the verification via SMS.

If for any reason the payment system does not accept card payments, you will automatically return to the Website, where you can choose another payment method.

  • Direct bank transfer

After placing your order, our manager will contact you to confirm the order and send the invoice. Please indicate the order number in the payment destination. Your order will be available as soon as the funds arrive in our account.

  • Wallet balance

One of the possibilities to pay for the products of the website (e.g. Text-to-Speech) is to top-up the wallet with the desired amount. Users are able to transfer fund to another Website User. In this case, a virtual transfer of funds takes place. To recharge their wallet users may use Cards, Apple/Google Pay or Bank Transfer.

You can find My Wallet Balance on the left banner menu by My orders – My wallet. The functions of the Wallet are: wallet top-up, Wallet transfer and Transactions history.


Access to Electronic Products

You will have access to the electronic Product (Content or Online Service) as soon as we receive payment for such Product. We will notify you in a separate message.

Your purchases will be stored in the appropriate section of your personal Profile or in the appropriate Group for as long as specified at the time of purchase.

We make every effort to provide access to the Electronic Products as soon as possible after your payment on the Website. Delays can only occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as force majeure.
