The Website Administration does not refund for Electronic Products.
In exceptional cases, refund is possible only:
- before the User received the access to the relevant Electronic Product in his Profile or via relevant Group due to the Terms of Services of the Website,
- if the Seller has provided a non-working Content or Online Service (which cannot be used and if proven by the Seller during the additional check) and if the Seller cannot replace or fix such Product.
Requests for refunds for electronic Products (Content or Online Service) are considered by the Administration of the Website only within 14 calendar days from the date of granting access to a particular Product.
