  3. Perform a visual inspection of the right‑front actuator, connector and wiring for damage, corrosion or water intrusion

  5. Disconnect the actuator connector and measure supply and ground at the connector with ignition ON. Verify battery voltage and good ground.

  8. Perform a continuity/insulation test on the harness between the module and actuator to identify opens or shorts.
  9. If wiring and power/ground are good but the actuator fails to respond or shows out‑of‑spec resistance, remove and bench‑test or replace the actuator.
  10. If actuator and wiring check good, perform module driver tests (or swap with known good module where serviceable) and check for software updates or reprogramming as recommended by OEM.
  11. Clear codes and road test to confirm repair; monitor for return of C0015 before returning vehicle to customer.
