  8. If wiring checks good but solenoid does not respond or driver behaves unusually, inspect TCM connector pins and grounds. If all wiring and solenoid are good, consider TCM output driver failure and perform TCM bench/diagnostic tests per factory procedures.
  9. After repairs, clear codes and perform extended road test to verify the fault does not return and the transmission shifts normally.
