- Perform a cylinder contribution/swap test: swap injector 3B with another cylinder and see if offset/code follows the injector or stays with cylinder 3. If the code follows the injector, replace the injector.
- If issue stays with cylinder 3 after swap, perform compression/leak-down and inspect intake/exhaust valves and injector seat for deposits or leaks.
